This position is based in Sioux Falls, SD, with a requirement to commute to Rock Rapids, IA once a week, weather permitting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage credit card deposits
• Perform monthly credit card reconciliation
• Process monthly expense reports
• Follow up on past due payments
• Process payments
• Make monthly payments to real estate agencies
• Conduct monthly audits of balance sheet accounts and claims
• Use QuickBooks for accounting tasks

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in accounting or a related field
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Capability to read and analyze financial reports
• Understanding of US tax regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills
