Staffing Specialist specializing in account management and recruiting

Our client in Oak Brook is looking to hire a Bookkeeper to support the organization with AP, AR, Payroll, cash flow, and month-end activities. They currently have a vacancy and are looking to bring someone on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Responsibilities include:

1. Bank and credit card reconciliations
2. Monitor and prepare accounts payable
3. Manage accounts receivable billing, follow up, and apply payments
4. Manage and monitor cash flow
5. Prepare and update payroll
6. Support month-end close processes

Requirements:
