Job summary

The CFO Refinery is growing and seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper who takes ownership of the numbers and maintains clean, accurate books. This is a full-time, on-site role in Garden City, ID, handling a client caseload from front to back—including monthly close, reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll processing, and tax filings.

A degree is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience and a strong track record are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Strong QuickBooks Online knowledge.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
