Saint Vincent College is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper (20 hours) to manage financial records, track budgets, and oversee grant budgets for the Seminary and Archabboy. The role reports to the Chief Administrative and Advancement Officer and supports accounting processes, audits, and reporting.
Responsibilities include routing invoices, preparing detailed financial reports, monitoring real-time grant expenditures, and ensuring grant compliance.
Keeps financial records, tracks budgets, and manages grant budgets. Provides regular and ad hoc reports concerning financial matters of the Seminary and Archabboy.
Must be attentive to detail and be able to work in a consistent and methodical manner. Performs in a standard office environment. Occasional pressure due to deadlines, unexpected events, or scheduling requirements.
