Job summary

Role Description

The Bookkeeper is a full-time, on-site role based in Beachwood, OH. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including recording daily transactions, posting journal entries, and reconciling bank and credit card accounts. The Bookkeeper will prepare and update ledgers, assist in generating financial statements, and ensure that supporting documentation is organized and complete. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with accounting software, tracking accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, and supporting the CPA with month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves communicating with clients and internal team members to clarify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
