Goodwill Central Texas in Cedar Park, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead with heart and hustle, partnering with the Retail GM to run daily store operations and mentor staff. Weekend and holiday availability is a must, with a quarterly bonus potential up to 12.5% of salary based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• 5+ years in retail or similar roles.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management position.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Customer-first attitude and team-focused mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, staffing, merchandising, and customer service.
• Supervise and mentor staff.
• Manage scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and opening/closing.
• Assist donors, sort inventory, and serve customers.
• Drive store productivity while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Lead store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
