Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements where applicable.
• RN or licensed professional preferred; or health services admin background.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Two years healthcare experience and one year supervisory in home care or related field.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operation of the home health agency within the assigned branch.
• Supervise Home Health Program and regulatory, licensing, and medical oversight requirements.
• Lead Director, Home Health staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Liaise regularly with Governing Body, staff, and the community.
• Provide regular written reports to Governing Body and develop community referral sources.
