Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking an Administrator (Clinical Administrator, Home Care) to lead the Richland, WA branch, directing daily operations, mentoring healthcare staff, and supporting growth through community outreach and referral-building activities.

The role emphasizes regulatory oversight, nurse/clinical leadership, and collaboration with leadership to ensure patient and staffing needs are met. On-site, salaried position with bonus eligibility and standard health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum requirements for the position per state agency licensing and regulatory requirements, if applicable.
• Registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professional preferred; or have experience and education in health services administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant concentration preferred but not required.
• Two years of health care experience and one year of supervisory experience in home care or related field.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ongoing management of the overall operation of the home health agency within assigned branch.
• Supervising the Home Health Program for Nuclear Care Partners and managing regulatory, licensing, and medical oversight requirements of the home health care.
• Supervising the Director, Home Health staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, monitoring, and performance management.
• Ongoing liaison with the Governing Body, staff members, and the community.
• Responsible for keeping the Governing Body informed of the conduct of the agency through regularly written reports.
• Develop and build community referral sources by engaging in active networking on an ongoing basis.
• Plan, participate, and evaluate outreach events with corporate involvement.
• Work closely with all staff to ensure patient and staffing needs are being met.
