Enterprise Mobility is hiring an Exit Booth Agent in Hanover, MD, to deliver friendly, efficient service during the rental car process. The role includes greeting customers, verifying belongings, explaining charges, and guiding them to the airport terminal with a courteous approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service experience in the last 5 years, preferably in a retail or restaurant setting.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings and document found items.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Maintain a courteous demeanor and capture customer feedback.
