Enterprise Mobility is seeking a part-time Exit Booth Agent at the Honolulu Airport location (96819). The role focuses on friendly, efficient service during all rental processes, including documentation and driver information verification for a timely experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Able to work 30-39 hours per week with specified shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option when appropriate.
• Maintain the Exit Booth appearance and stocking of supplies.
• Provide customers with undivided attention and greet each guest.
• Assist with directions and local information; resolve service issues promptly.
• Perform other customer-service duties to meet service levels.
