Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune Township, NJ. The RN will provide evidence-based patient care, communicate with the care team and families, and participate in safe medication administration and documentation.

The role requires an active NJ nursing license, BLS/CPR within 60 days of hire, and a willingness to pursue chemo competency within six months. Oncology experience or interest is preferred.

Competenze

• Active New Jersey nursing license.
• BLS/CPR by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Oncology experience or interest in chemo competency within 6 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Deliver nursing care per current evidence-based practices and standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, families and care team.
• Administer medications with bar-scanning and accurate documentation.
• Document patient assessments, plans of care and interventions in the EHR.
• Provide patient and family education to optimize health and disease management.
• Assist with safe discharge planning and care transitions.
