Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for a designated patient population, expanding knowledge and skills within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. The role involves direct patient care, escalation, and coordination of unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support staff.

Qualified candidates hold a New Jersey RN license with BLS/CPR certification and have 6+ months of nursing experience or participate in the Nurse Residency Program.

Formación

• Current and valid RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association.
• Six or more months of nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health’s Nurse Residency Program.
• BSN is preferred or willing to acquire within 3 years of hire.
• OCN is preferred; Chemotherapy/Biotherapy course is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Delegate tasks, validate outcomes, and contribute to care planning and evaluation.
• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Maintain a high level of accountability for improving patient and caregiver outcomes.
