Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a nursing professional at Jersey Shore University Medical Center to join a collaborative care team. The role emphasizes rapid learning, strong patient focus, and commitment to ongoing education, with eligibility for Nurse Residency.

Qualified candidates hold a New Jersey nursing license, BLS/CPR, and ideally ACLS, with a plan to obtain further certifications within defined timelines. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS and NIH certification preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of nursing experience or be an active participant in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program.
• Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and/or Oncology experience preferred.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Must be willing to attend classroom and clinical training to become chemotherapy competent within six (6) months of hire.
• Ability to learn quickly, accountability for improving patient lives, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care are required.
