Job summary

The position is based in the Cancer Center in the Hope Tower at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, part of Hackensack Meridian Health. It focuses on oncology ambulatory infusion care, requiring an NJ RN license, BLS/CPR, and oncology experience.

Join a patient-centered team at JSUMC, working 10-hour shifts and collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality care with strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required.
• 1 year of oncology nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Oncology ambulatory infusion experience preferred.
• OCN preferred.
• ONS chemo/bio card preferred, must obtain within 3 months of hire.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Must be willing to work 10-hour shifts.
• Strong teamwork, accountability and patient-focused care are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oncology nursing care in an ambulatory infusion setting.
• Support patients and families throughout treatment visits.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality of care.
