Job summary

HonorHealth Cancer Transplant Institute in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Bone Marrow Transplant team. The APP will provide care navigation and ongoing follow-up for BMT patients, collaborating closely with the physicians and seasoned APPs.

The role is full-time, with four 10-hour shifts, primarily outpatient, and periodic weekend coverage. EPIC EMR and a competitive benefits package accompany a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced NP or PA with hematology/oncology or bone marrow transplant background.
• Eligible for Arizona licensure.
• Ability to coordinate care for complex BMT patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide care navigation and follow-up for BMT patients.
• Outpatient and inpatient rounding with physicians.
• Collaborate with BMT physicians and APP team.
• Weekend coverage on rotating schedule.
