Job summary

Epic Aircraft in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Bonding Technician to join the Bonding Assembly Team. You will assist with structural assembly of bonded carbon and other composites, including surface prep, fit, and bonding of major and minor components like flight controls, wingtips, and windshields.

The role suits hands-on individuals who value quality workmanship and seek a long-term aerospace manufacturing career. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with options for Day shift or 4x10-hour shifts.

What You’ll Do

As a Bonding Technician, you'll be a key member of our Bonding Assembly Team and help with structural assembly of bonded carbon and other composite parts. This includes surface prep, fit, and bonding of major and minor assemblies, as well as mechanical fit and assembly of flight controls, wingtips, and windshields used in our award-winning aircraft. Compensation And Schedule

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

Available Shift Options

Day Shift

• Monday-Friday


• 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

4-Day, 10-Hour Shift

• 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.


• Four 10-hour shifts each week


• Three days off every week


• Two consecutive days off plus one additional day off

Schedule Details

• Production operates Monday through Saturday


• Depending on your assigned shift, your schedule may include Saturdays


• Your assigned schedule will remain consistent from week to week, providing a predictable work schedule
