Qualifications

• High school diploma or high school equivalency required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with metric system preferred.
• Capable of working with epoxy and adhesive materials.
• Good organization skills and attention to detail.

• Operate all equipment within the bonding process safely.
• Follow standard work methods to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
