Job summary

Ultimate Staffing's client in Nashua, NH is seeking a Utility/Production Operator for their 2nd shift. You will perform bonding and sanding operations to meet specifications, prepare surfaces, and stage finished parts.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, and be able to use hand tools. A background check and drug test are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform bonding and sanding operations on parts to meet specifications.
• Prepare surfaces and materials for bonding processes.
• Use hand tools and equipment to sand, smooth, and finish components.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stage completed work for the next production step.
• Keep accurate production counts and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Report safety concerns or equipment issues.
• Support other production tasks as needed.
