Job summary

Safran Aerospace Composites in Rochester, NH is seeking a bonding process operator to run equipment for small and large parts. You will follow standard work methods, maintain safe habits, and ensure work meets customer requirements under a Value Stream Manager and a Team Lead.

This is a first shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:15am-3:15pm. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior manufacturing experience is preferred; familiarity with composite materials and epoxy/adhesive handling is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with composite materials is preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100C or ISO9001 standards is preferred.
• Capable of working with epoxy and adhesive materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate all bonding process equipment for small and large parts.
• Follow standard work methods and safe work habits to meet customer requirements.
• Report to a Value Stream Manager and work under a Team Lead.
