Job summary

Safran Aerospace Composites in Rochester, NH, is seeking a bonding process operator to perform bonding, layup, vacuum bagging, and related tasks in the fan blade or fan case value streams, following standard work methods and customer requirements. This third shift position runs Monday‑Thursday, 9pm‑7am.

You will inspect work, record measurements, operate tools and equipment, and participate in continuous improvement while complying with OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with composite materials preferred.
• Willingness to work third shift and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform bonding tasks: bonding layup, vacuum bagging, and related setup.
• Follow step-by-step work instructions and use computer systems.
• Inspect work per procedures and document deviations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and record part parameters.
• Use hand tools and precision measuring devices accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Comply with OSHA safety rules and handle hazardous materials.
• Additional duties as assigned.
