Qualifications

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Use established procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing claims and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with team members on projects and initiatives to support the broader organization and drive process improvements.
