Job summary

Wolfspeed in Marcy, NY is seeking a Bond and Grind Process Technician to provide process sustaining support in an automated semiconductor production environment. The role may focus on photolithography, wet processing, etch, thin films, diffusion, implantation, metrology, or bond & grind, working a 12-hour day shift on a 3on-4off-4on-3off pattern.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent semiconductor experience.
Understanding of structured problem solving (5Y/8D) and DOE basics.
Experience with MS Office tools and data documentation.

Responsibilities

Support process sustaining in automated semiconductor production.
Collaborate with Engineering to develop/qualify new processes and tool sets.
Document and report process issues and malfunctions; take corrective actions with Engineers & Maintenance.
Handle material depositions and resolve lot issues; maintain reticle inventory and procedures.
Contribute to achieving quarterly yield and cycle-time goals.
