Job summary

Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Claims Specialist to assist with administration and resolution of bond forfeiture claims under the guidance of experienced staff.

You will communicate with bail agents, courts, attorneys, and internal teams to gather information and maintain accurate claim files. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in claims or related fields, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn state-specific regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in claims, insurance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn internal systems and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration, investigation, and resolution of bond forfeiture claims under guidance from experienced staff.
• Communicate with bail agents, courts, attorneys, and internal departments to obtain information.
• Maintain accurate claim files and update records in systems.
• Assist with processing claim payments and preparing related documents.
• Escalate complex or high-dollar claims to senior staff.
