Responsibilities include coordinating with Finance, Asset Management, and Technology teams, maintaining data integrity, and driving process improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in bond finance, debt management, financial systems, and public sector business.
• Experience managing projects with internal and external teams in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, Oracle ERP preferred, reporting tools, and data management practices.
• Understanding of internal controls, compliance, audit standards, and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze business needs and implement technology solutions for efficiency.
• Annual process updates and stakeholder collaboration guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily technology support for bond finance operations, ensuring reliable systems and workflows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to adjust budgets and respond timely.
• Handle project finances, transfers, monthly reconciliation, and reporting.
• Run budget reports daily or multiple times daily to ensure accurate balances.
• Oversee financial applications for debt management, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Bond Construction, Asset Management, Procurement, and Technology.
• Coordinate asset inventory adjustments and monthly/annual closings with Finance.
• Ensure data integrity, system controls, and security for financial reporting.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation for efficiency.
• Prepare documentation and management reports per regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed electronic filing in compliance with records retention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
