Job summary

Novae LLC is seeking a BOM Specialist to maintain accurate multi-level Bills of Materials in Visual and the Novae Configurator, supporting order management, manufacturing, scheduling, and costing.

The role requires strong ERP and Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales to ensure BOM accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or the equivalent demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Experience in Manufacturing, required, to understand processes, costs and material flow.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP and BOM processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Detail oriented and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assess cost impact of BOM changes and production implications.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain accurate multi-level BOMs with auditing to align with processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure BOM accuracy.
• Execute change control for BOMs using ERP and Novae tools; communicate changes.
• Assess effects of changes across brands/products; advise leadership/ECR group.
• Explain cost impacts of BOM adjustments on production, inventory, and COGS.
• Assist in other duties as needed; not an exhaustive list.
