Martin Sprocket & Gear is seeking a hands-on production coordinator at our Danielsville, PA facility. You will coordinate work orders for production and monitor inventory levels to align with manufacturing demands.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in manufacturing, strong Excel skills (Dynamics a plus), and solid English communication. This full-time role operates on 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing environment experience (Ex: planning, purchasing, production control, expediting, etc.)
• Good computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English
• Organized, detail oriented, and good clerical skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to work in a non climate-controlled shop environment
• Ability to use and wear personal protective equipment

Responsabilités

• Coordinate work orders when they are ready for production.
• Maintain accuracy and work flow of the production grid.
• Maintain inventory highs/lows based on established manufacturing demands
• General clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Shift hours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
