Job summary

What You’ll Do

• Plan orders using production resources and communicate with Sales.
• Set BOM and work routing through the shop in our ERP system (MS Dynamics AX).
• Track orders through the Shop, expediting when necessary.
• Assist with parts backorders and field questions for work in progress.
• Maintain workflow using MS Office Suite programs.
• Cross-train for future career growth opportunities.
• Spend up to 20% of the time in the shop environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (related majors also considered).
• Experience: Preference will be given to applicants with experience planning orders in a manufacturing industry.
• Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and good communication in all tasks.
• Availability: Full-time, with occasional Saturday overtime as needed; adherence to attendance and company policies.
• Mechanical knowledge: Familiarity with basic machining practices and materials is a plus, as is general mechanical knowledge.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Reliability and accuracy: Commitment to reliable work with a high standard of accuracy in drawings and specifications.

• 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
