Martin Sprocket & Gear in Danielsville, PA is seeking a production planning and inventory control coordinator. You will manage work orders, track inventory levels, and support production flow while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The role operates on 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, in a non climate-controlled shop with PPE required. Preferred candidates have 3-5 years manufacturing experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment (planning, purchasing, production control, expediting)
• Strong Excel skills; Dynamics experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Team player with ability to work in a non climate-controlled shop environment
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

What will you do?

Coordinate work orders when they are ready for production. You will also maintain inventory counts based on manufacturing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate work orders when they are ready for production.
• Maintain accuracy and work flow of the production grid.
• Maintain inventory highs/lows based on established manufacturing demands
• General clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Shift hours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What are we looking for?

• Preferred 3-5 years of manufacturing environment experience (Ex: planning, purchasing, production control, expediting, etc.)
• Must have good computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English
• Organized, detail oriented, and good clerical skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to work in a non climate-controlled shop environment
• Ability to use and wear personal protective equipment
