Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data, ensuring data integrity across engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing. You will manage BOMs, load components in ERP/PLM systems, and implement ECOs to maintain accuracy and control costs.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain, with 5+ years in BOM management and proficiency with ERP/MRP (Epicor 2024.2 a strong plus) and PLM software.

Qualifications

• Experience in BOM management and engineering documentation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• BOM lifecycle: create, maintain, and optimize BOMs for all products.
• Load and manage components in ERP/PLM systems.
• Implement ECOs and revisions to keep BOM accuracy.
• Ensure BOM data integrity across departments (engineering, purchasing, manufacturing).
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
