Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data, bridging engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure data integrity and efficient operations.

The role requires 5+ years in BOM management, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor 2024.2) and PLM software. Commutable candidate preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree—engineering or supply chain preferred.
• 5+ years in BOM management or related fields.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor 2024.2 a plus) and PLM software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain BOMs for products, including assemblies and components.
• Load, manage, and maintain parts within enterprise systems.
• Process ECOs and revisions to keep BOMs accurate.
• Oversee BOM data integrity across ERP systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
• Support cost calculations and manage Excess/Obsolete inventory data.
