Job summary
Belcan seeks a BOM & Configuration Analyst to review BOMs against CAD data and product structures. You will align CAD, PLM, ERP records and supply chain requirements, track discrepancies, and drive corrective actions with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Configuration Management.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of BOM/configuration experience in engineering or manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and product structures.
- Experience with PLM/PDM and ERP systems (Autodesk Vault, SAP/Oracle).
- Strong communication skills across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate BOMs against CAD drawings, models and product structures.
- Navigate PLM/Vault to analyze releases, revisions, configurations, and part relationships.
- Identify quantity discrepancies and revision mismatches between engineering, ERP, and supply chain systems.
- Document, prioritize, and track BOM issues through resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Support readiness reviews by identifying risks related to material shortages and releases.
