Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Bill of Materials Clerk for our manufacturing team in Murrysville, PA. The role focuses on maintaining BOM data, supporting SAP-based processes, and coordinating with production staff to ensure accurate material information.

You will leverage SAP and Microsoft Office tools to manage records, perform data audits, and support efficient production operations on a Monday–Friday schedule. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• General understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of task-based work with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP and other business systems.
• Process BOM revisions, engineering changes, and material updates accurately and efficiently.
• Complete daily and weekly task-based assignments related to product structures, materials, and inventory records.
• Verify material and component information for accuracy and completeness.
• Support manufacturing operations by ensuring BOM information aligns with production requirements.
• Communicate directly with production associates to gather information, answer questions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel to manage communications, track data, and support reporting needs.
• Assist with data audits and system maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to support operational goals.
