Job summary

Innovative Air, based in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to join the leadership team as Territory Sales Manager for our Boise office. You will drive multi-market strategy, mentor sales professionals, and shape growth across Idaho, with potential for equity participation for the right candidate.

Qualifications

15+ years in HVAC or construction sales with growth track record.
Proven success growing market share and leading sales teams.
Deep understanding of mechanical systems (chillers, AHUs, controls, VRF) and hydronics.
Established relationships in HVAC/mechanical construction desirable; Boise area preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives.
Lead Sales Engineers and Account Managers; mentor and develop talent.
Engage executive stakeholders (GCs, mechanical contractors, engineering firms, institutions).
Oversee project pursuit planning, bid reviews, and client proposals.
