Concentra is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner PRN to join our Grand Rapids, MI market, with focus on occupational health and urgent care. In this role you will examine patients, order tests, develop management plans, document results and provide education while delivering an excellent patient experience.

Requirements include a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, a valid PA license, PANCE, 2+ years in occupational medicine or urgent care, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies is required.
• PANCE certification is required and active licensure in Michigan.
• Minimum two years of occupational medicine or urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Examines patient and compiles medical data from examinations.
• Orders or administers diagnostic tests (X-ray, ECG, labs).
• Develops patient management plans and documents progress notes.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures quality assurance.
