Responsibilities

• Design, install, and repair boilers per blueprint specifications.
• Attach water tubes, stacks, liners, valves, and gauges.
• Connect fire tubes and headers for boiler systems.
• Drill and tap holes for studs during installation.
• Tighten bolts and assemble frames with power or hand wrenches.
• Install and secure accessories to vessels (manholes, gauges, valves).
• Replace defective parts using power wrenches and prying bars.
• Perform routine piping tasks and install equipment internals as needed.
• Inspect, clean, maintain and repair equipment.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints accurately.
