Georgia-Pacific, a leading building products company, is seeking a Reliability Technician in the Dudley, NC boiler department. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and leadership in maintenance planning and execution.

The position offers on-site work, a starting hourly rate of $26.00 with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for pay progression based on skills and performance. Eligibility includes working across shifts and on-call duties as needed.

Formación

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to work with complex equipment.
• Experience with boilers, pumps, fans, valves, steam, condensate, and lubrication.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines and lead by example in safe decision making.
• Bridge maintenance, operations, supervision and engineering to improve reliability.
• Schedule maintenance, order parts, and coordinate with suppliers for boiler assets.
• Lead preventative maintenance to prevent machine failures and improve uptime.
• Inspect equipment and prioritize maintenance needs with operations.
