Job summary

W3Global in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Field Service Technician to startup, troubleshoot, repair, and support boilers, pumps, burners, and hydronic/steam systems. You will work directly with customers and assist the sales team to deliver technical solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with commercial/industrial combustion equipment, burner controls, and electrical troubleshooting. Travel across Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan is involved, and MS Office proficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with combustion equipment (boilers, burners, pumps)
• 2+ years with hydronic pumps and motors
• Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits and reading wiring diagrams
• Strong knowledge of combustion systems and use of a combustion analyzer
• Experience with linkageless burner control systems (Siemens LMV, Autoflame, Fireye)
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and for training

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment startup, warranty service, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Service boilers, pumps, burners, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot steam and hydronic heating systems.
• Read electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshoot circuits.
• Use combustion analyzers and adjust as needed.
• Provide technical support to sales teams and customers.
• Train customers on equipment operation.
• Travel to customer job sites in Wisconsin and parts of Michigan.
