PURIS is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage and optimize plant utilities at the Dawson Manufacturing Facility in Minnesota. You will operate high‑pressure steam boilers, ammonia refrigeration systems, and supporting equipment, ensuring safety and reliability while contributing to continuous improvement.

The role offers $38.75+ per hour, biweekly pay, bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• First-Class Engineer's License, Grade B (minimum).
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic background.
• Basic understanding of commercial plumbing, HVAC, and fire systems.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of plant utilities.
• Troubleshoot issues and initiate corrective action to prevent recurrence.
• Communicate issues and corrective actions; document preventative actions.
• Develop, review, and update preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate repairs to building systems and equipment; log/report information.
• Understand and apply IOM manuals and equipment schematics.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to improve safety and reliability.
• Follow plant food safety policies and procedures.
• Respond to building emergencies and after-hour calls for repair.
