Job summary

Ag Processing Inc is hiring a Licensed Boiler Operator at our Dawson, MN facility. You will operate and maintain boiler systems, ensure continuous steam and water utilities, and manage ancillary plant equipment for safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring gauges and processes, performing routine maintenance, handling chemicals with proper safety, and coordinating with maintenance for annual inspections. A Minnesota 1st Class B Engineer license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Minnesota 1st Class B Engineer boiler license.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the boiler and plant ancillary equipment in an energy- and cost-efficient manner.
• Maintain supplies and inventory and perform general housekeeping to ensure efficient workflow.
• Operate forklift, Bobcat, or similar equipment for transfer of chemicals and sanitation.
• Sample, mix, and maintain proper chemical balances for boiler operation.
• Read, record, test, and document information from gauges, meters, charts, and testing to ensure parameters are within limits.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required and prepare boiler for annual inspection.
