Job summary

Slate is seeking a Boiler Operator in the USA to safely operate and maintain high- and low-pressure boilers for EV production and facility operations. You will monitor control systems, perform maintenance, and ensure compliance with IDEM standards, working with engineering and maintenance teams.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a boiler operator license. Minimum 3 years of boiler operation experience is required; independence and quick decision-making under pressure

Qualifications

• Valid boiler operator license or certification as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers used in EV production and facility operations.
• Conduct inspections and performance checks for boiler efficiency and safety.
• Monitor gauges, meters, and control systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boiler systems, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
• Maintain logs of boiler performance, maintenance, and safety checks.
