Job summary

A governmental engineering agency is seeking qualified applicants for a role focusing on boiler systems. The Screen-out Element for this position is:

• Knowledge, understanding, experience, and ability to assess and troubleshoot boiler systems that produce steam.
• Can independently start, operate, adjust, stop, maintain, and repair multiple-fuel (oil and natural gas) power boilers and associated auxiliary equipment.
• Monitors, adjusts, and controls all phases of boiler plant operations.
• Determines treatment and chemicals needed to control chemical concentrations and maintain stable water conditions in the boiler.
