Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Boiler Operator for an hourly maintenance team member. Duties include cleaning boilers, assisting with disassembly and reassembly, and handling some heavy lifting. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork, with rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts and a $1/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Understand and speak English enough to attend maintenance training.
• Understand and comply with Company policy and procedures.
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Good work history and attendance.
• 1B or Higher License.
• Team Player.
• Other maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean boilers inside and tubes from the outside.
• Help take equipment apart and reinstall.
• Some heavy lifting is involved.
• Promote and encourage safety in all aspects of maintenance.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
