As a Clarion Security Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our client's property and personnel. You will follow site-specific policies and procedures, stay attentive and alert, record and report incidents, participate in emergency response procedures, and provide superior customer service.

Must be a licensed Class 3 Operator.

Must have a Certificate for Class 1 Operator or obtain it within 1-2 years of employment.

Must have at least 1 year of experience.

Operate engines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment. Read gauges, meters, and charts to monitor boiler operations. Track boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels. Activate valves to adjust water, air, and fuel in boilers. Conduct scheduled tours of the boiler plant, chiller plant, and utility equipment, including emergency generator rooms.

Ensure the safe, efficient, and proper operation of building utilities, including high- and low-pressure boilers, air compressors and dryers, gas systems, fire prevention systems, emergency generators, air handling systems, chilled water, steam humidification, hot water, DI water systems, and related equipment.
