Job summary

Compass Group USA, ESFM division, is seeking a full-time Boiler Maintenance Tech at the Mondelez site in East Hanover, NJ. The role focuses on operating, repairing, and maintaining boilers and related systems to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.

Requirements include a NJ Blue Seal Boiler License, 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Shift schedules may include weekends and nights as needed.

Qualifications

• NJ Blue Seal Boiler License required.
• State Apprentice card in plumbing/electrical/HVAC or relevant trade.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, maintain boilers, turbines, pumps, and related systems.
• Monitor and document readings; update CMMS with tasks.
• Inspect boiler fluids and adjust as needed for safe operation.
• Replace boiler parts and repairs as necessary.
• Maintain boiler rooms and related facilities.
