Superior Central Boiler in New Jersey is seeking a qualified Blue Seal Boiler Operator to join a safety‑driven team. You will operate and monitor boilers and cogeneration systems, maintain compliance with NJ Boiler and Pressure Vessel standards, and oversee maintenance records and training for operators.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to lead a team and improve energy performance across pharma, food, hospitals and universities in the state.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical training is a plus.
• Blue Seal Boiler Operator License issued by NJ Dept. of Labor and Workforce Development.
• Minimum of one year of boiler operation and maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boilers and cogeneration systems in compliance with NJ Boiler and Pressure Vessel standards.
• Maintain records of boiler operations, inspections, and maintenance as required by NJ regulations.
• Provide safety checks and emergency procedures per NJ Administrative Code.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot malfunctions and improve efficiency.
• Oversee subordinates and ensure adherence to energy efficiency standards.
