Idaho Forest Group is seeking a Swing Shift Boiler/Kiln Operator for our Kentucky facility. This entry-level role starts in the Boiler-Kiln Apprenticeship program, with progression through work-up steps, required training, and hours toward the top level.
Essential duties include operating kilns, loading/unloading with a forklift, and maintaining safety and documentation. A valid forklift certification and a high school diploma or GED are required or pursued. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Physical Requirements:
Move safely, quickly, and perform duties with repetitious movement. Sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs. Must be able to tolerate all weather elements, loud conditions, vibrations, and airborne particles (sawdust).
