Accelera is seeking an Industrial Wiring and Assembly Technician in Thomasville, GA to join our production team. You will wire control panels, assemble gas trains and burner components, and test systems for quality and safety compliance.

You will read detailed schematics and use hand and power tools to ensure precise installation. The role requires physical work, lifting up to 60 lbs, standing, bending, and climbing as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial assembly or electrical wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and tube bending machinery.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise electrical wiring of control panels and components across voltage levels (24V–575V).
• Assemble and mount mechanical components like gas trains, air compressors, and burner drawers.
• Interpret wiring diagrams to install electrical systems and hardware.
• Test piping, gas trains, and electrical circuits for system integrity and performance.
• Fit and install heavy equipment, including boiler doors and structural components.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet throughput while following safety protocols.
