Accelera is seeking a Boiler Systems Technician to maintain reliability and efficiency of critical heating and steam infrastructure. You will perform expert troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and system optimization on high-pressure boiler equipment to ensure operational continuity.

The role involves diagnosing complex malfunctions, adhering to EPA safety standards, and collaborating with engineering for upgrades and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in boiler or HVAC maintenance is required.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial gas and oil heating systems, ensuring safety standards.
• Optimize boiler plant performance and energy management systems.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in valves, burners, motors, and control panels.
• Conduct preventative maintenance incl. water sampling and chemical treatment.
• Maintain service logs and digital documentation of repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls and verify system safety.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on upgrades and training.
