You will diagnose faults, tune burners, commission systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document work in NetSuite while coordinating with service, parts, and sales teams.

This is field-based, requires flexibility for overtime and on-call rotations, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3+ years of field experience preferred (boiler, HVAC, or electrical controls).
• Strong troubleshooting ability and field adaptability.
• Working knowledge of boiler room equipment, combustion testing, and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, calibrate, and replace electrical control components on boilers.
• Diagnose electrical faults across boiler control circuits with multimeters.
• Tune burner management and perform combustion analysis.
• Perform electrical PM tasks and annual safety tests.
• Execute electrical commissioning on startups and document results.
• Document all work in NetSuite and coordinate with teams.
• Work independently in the field and with service, parts, and sales teams.
