Job summary

Best Western Downtown Casper is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure food quality and safety in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will coordinate with front-of-house management to ensure timely order fulfillment, maintain sanitation standards, and resolve issues during high-volume shifts. Strong leadership and knowledge of recipes, presentation, and safety codes are essential.
